Culture is the soul of a country and a nation. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The people have faith, the country has strength, and the nation has hope. On the occasion of the two sessions, representatives of famous painting and calligraphy artists have offered gifts and suggestions to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

姜庆远、男、1954年出生于吉林省延吉市、朝鲜族、中共党员。毕业于东北师范大学美术系,哈尔滨师范大学美术学院美术学研究生班,曾兼任过十年中国朝文版文学刊物《道拉吉》美术编辑。现为中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家、京都书画院名誉主席、国际名家书画院副院长、政协画院副主席、国际(中国)美术家协会会员、中国国画家协会会员、中国美术研究协会吉林分会理事、吉林省美术家协会会员、吉林市美术家协会会员、就职于郑州工业应用技术学院艺术设计学院动画教研室主任、专业带头人、副教授、高级美术师、双师型教师。

Jiang Qingyuan, male, was born in 1954 in Yanji City, Jilin Province, Korean, and a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Northeast Normal University, graduate class of Fine Arts of Harbin Normal University, and also worked as an art editor of the Chinese Korean Literature Publication "Daolaji" for ten years. Now he is honorary chairman of Kyoto Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, vice-president of International Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, vice-chairman of CPPCC Academy of Painting, calligrapher and painter of new literary and artistic group of Chinese Association of Calligraphers and Painters, academician of Chinese Art, member of International (China) Association of Artists, member of China Association of Painters, director of Jilin Branch of China Association of Fine Arts Research, art of Jilin Province Member of the Association of Families, Member of Jilin Artists Association, Director of Animation Teaching and Research Department, School of Art Design, Zhengzhou Institute of Industrial Applied Technology, Professional Leader, Associate Professor, Senior Artist and Double Teacher.

His works have won gold, silver and bronze prizes in the national, provincial and municipal calligraphy and painting exhibitions for many times, and have been published in such newspapers as Art Newspaper, Xizhi Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, Collection Express, Investment Times, People's Art, Beauty and Times, Art Research, Children's Calligraphy and Painting, Collection, Art Education Research, Curriculum Education Research and Chinese and Foreign Education Research. Publications, websites and professional media have reported and published art works and papers, and many works have been collected by exhibition halls and art galleries。

2011年主讲的《绘画》课程被吉林省教育厅评为省级优秀课程,书画业绩编入“中国名人大典”、新版《世界名人录》、《中国作家档案》等,书画作品编入60多部大型书画合集里。2011年在吉林市举办过《纪念建党90周年姜庆远个人画展》、2014年在北京上上国际美术馆由投资时报举办春季、秋季当代书画名家联展。2015年8月在吉林书画城举办过姜庆远个人美术作品展览。

In 2011, the course "Painting" was awarded provincial excellent course by Jilin Provincial Education Department. The achievements of calligraphy and painting were compiled into "China Celebrity Congress", "World Celebrity List", "Chinese Writers'Archives" and so on. The works of calligraphy and painting were compiled into more than 60 large-scale collections of calligraphy and painting. In 2011, Jiang Qingyuan's Personal Painting Exhibition was held in Jilin City to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party. In 2014, Shanghai International Art Museum held a joint exhibition of contemporary calligraphers and painters in spring and autumn by the Investment Times in Beijing. In August 2015, Jiang Qingyuan's personal art exhibition was held in Jilin Calligraphy and Painting City.

2017年6月参加了在北京融宝汇美术馆举办的《传统与现代中国画-书法名家邀请展》。出版有《姜庆远绘画作品集》、《当代国学名家姜庆远》画册、《当代全球华人艺术名家姜庆远油画集》、《国家文艺名人姜庆远专访特刊》、《国家文化实力派代表人物-姜庆远》、《纪念改革开放四十年四十家》等专著。被中国文联等艺术团体授予《中国文学艺术界人民艺术奖》、《人民艺术大师》、《感动中国艺术人物》、《国家艺术奖金奖》、《国家艺术大师》、《当代中国爱国艺术家》、《中国作家创作大奖金奖》、《国家一级文艺家》、《当代红色艺术家》、《世界和平艺术家》、被评为2016年度《书画艺术领军人物》、《中国当代最具收藏价值书画家》、2018年特授予《中国艺术金像奖金奖》,在建国65周年、党的十八大、十九大等重大节日出版了限量珍藏版邮册多部。

Artists, the leading figure in the art of calligraphy and painting in 2016, the most valuable collector of contemporary Chinese painting and calligraphy awarded the Golden Prize for Chinese Art in 2018, the 65th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, the 18th and 19th National Congresses of the CPC and other major festivals have published a number of limited collection editions of postbooks.

工笔人物,最俗气的观感是“画成”,最土气的质量是“照片”。姜庆远人物画不是俗气,也不土气,完全是神气,功从何来?当然是清风神绘的秘籍。能得清风质,因为画家修为清静,不贪名利,在浮躁喧嚣的世风里,持定德艺双馨的美好品味,这就容易让个人的心灵品境,经由笔墨给人物画注入高洁的脱俗灵魂。姜庆远是一位心怀清气的艺术家,所以画质为清爽儒雅,不见粗浊,纯熟的画作技巧,被修养悄悄掩遮,在外人看来,画人物并非是炫技,而是在追求物象之上的精神主旨和品格正道,用墨设色,行笔落线,皆成清雅入神之功,这是艺术家人品与艺品的综合而成。

The most tacky look of meticulous characters is "painted", and the most tacky quality is "photographs". Jiang Qingyuan's figure painting is not vulgar or rustic. It's totally air. Where did it come from? Of course, it is the secret book of Qingfengshen Painting. It is easy to let the individual's spiritual realm inject noble and refined soul into the figure painting through brush and ink, because the painter is quiet, not greedy for fame and wealth, and holds the good taste of both virtue and art in the impetuous and noisy world. Jiang Qingyuan is an artist with a clear mind, so the quality of his paintings is refreshing and elegant, not coarse and turbid, and his skillful painting skills are quietly covered up by his accomplishments. To outsiders, painting figures is not a dazzling skill, but a combination of artists'character and artistic works, which are the spiritual theme and moral integrity of pursuing images, using ink to set colors and line brushes.

His figure painting is good at extracting very moving natural moments from life, and through value aggregation and theme extraction, it becomes a realistic expression of the art version, bringing artistic enjoyment of reflecting people's mood. 我是一名普通高校的美术教师,教学之余美术创作是我的爱好。今天给我一次话语权,从内心里感到很荣幸,当今艺术界可以说,帮派林立,山寨版协会、画院、拍卖公司数不清,真是弄得鱼目混珠,文化艺术市场实在是乌烟瘴气,莫不着头绪,很迷茫,再不治理真危险。

1、这些年来,衡量艺术品的艺术性被置位参考,而头衔、官职、派系、出身被认为艺术价值的最大体现,更甚者艺术界不比艺术价值,而是比名气、比地位、比金钱的现象大有人在,照这么下去后果相当严重,在市场经济下,媒体已经沦为赚钱的工具,而不能代表艺术成就,往往谁出得起钱谁能上,水深得很。7、80年代,哪管报刊杂志上发表作品,由报刊杂志社给你稿费,如今怎么啦,不仅不给稿费,还管你要出版费、宣传费、编辑费、版面费等等。

我每周能收到3-5封信件,一年能收到200多封信件,主要内容是,举办各种书画展览有国际、国内的,还有出书、专辑、和名人出版合集,建立网站、聘请各协会、画院领导职务、有影响力、书画领军人等获奖证书、奖杯等,少者要一千,多着一万、两万甚至五万等,这哪是推广传统文化?简直不掉钱眼里吗?希望权威机关慎重把关,正确引导新时代、新时期社会主义文艺大方向和道路来。

2、有必要整顿社会各书画团体、拍卖公司及互联网机构,通过媒体曝光没有注册的山寨版单位,让老百姓和画家们弄清楚到底哪是真正的国家级注册的、最有权威、最有力度、最讲诚信的。目前在社会上以营利为目的、骗子画院、公司、集团太多,动不动发加入画院、协会、发证书要钱,参展、出书、发奖杯都要钱最后把作品收藏,不退还作者。总之,省、市级画家们辛辛苦苦创作的作品画的成本越多,赔得越多。没钱寸步难行,这太不利于调动画家们在新时期为老百姓创作时代感作品的积极性。

必须要整顿各媒体,恢复毛时代的公平、公正、公道的以作品说话的新时期新时代。如果各媒体都以营利为目的,不分作品内容、品质、技法的好坏,谁出高价,出谁的作品,那媒体不就成为有钱、有权人的代言工具了吗?

3、如何继承发扬传统文化,是我们当代书画家的义不容辞的责任和义务,我认为传统文化必须要继承发扬,还要创新,要保留好传统,也要吸收国外的好的表现技法融入到中国传统画里。所说的传统中国画,基本上强调笔墨,以线为主,着色平涂。正因为注重线条,以线条粗细来代替黑白灰的关系,(不讲素描调子)中国画还强调《似与不似》之间,因此画出来的作品缺乏真实感和立体感。西方国家的绘画技法要求透视、比例、调子、造型严谨准确,西画进入中国快有百年了,我想,中国画里应注入些西画技法,这样是否中国画表现的更生动、感人一些,我想中国画必须在传统的基础上,吸收外来先进的表现技法来充实中国画。

I am an art teacher in an ordinary university. Art creation is my hobby after teaching. It's a privilege to give me a voice today. Today's art circles can say that there are many gangs, numerous Shanzhai edition associations, painting academies and auction companies, which make me confused. The market of culture and art is really smoky, confused and dangerous.

1. Over the years, the artistry of artworks has been taken as a reference. Titles, official posts, factions and origins are regarded as the greatest manifestations of artistic value. Even worse, there are more people in the art circle than artistic value, but more than fame, status and money. The consequences are quite serious. Under the market economy, the media has become a tool for making money, but can not represent it. Artistic achievements, often who can afford to pay, who can go, the water is very deep. 7. In the 1980s, which newspapers and magazines published works, the newspapers and magazines gave you the contribution fee. Now what's wrong? Not only do you not give the contribution fee, but also you need the publication fee, publicity fee, editing fee, layout fee and so on.

I can receive 3-5 letters a week and more than 200 letters a year. The main content is that there are international and domestic calligraphy and painting exhibitions, as well as books, albums, and celebrities publishing collections, establishing websites, hiring associations, leading positions in the academy, influential, leading figures in calligraphy and painting, etc. Prize-winning certificates and trophies, with a minimum of 10,000, 20,000 or even 50,000, etc. Which is to promote traditional culture? Can't you afford to lose money? It is hoped that the authoritative organs will guard carefully and guide correctly the general direction and road of socialist literature and art in the new era and new period.

2. It is necessary to rectify the social calligraphy and painting groups, auction companies and Internet institutions, and expose unregistered Shanzhai edition units through the media, so that the veterans and artists can find out which is the real national registration, the most authoritative, the most powerful and the most honest. At present, there are too many cheaters'art academies, companies and groups in the society for profit. They often ask for money to join art academies, associations, certificates, exhibitions, books and trophies, and finally collect their works without returning the authors. In a word, the more the cost of the painstaking works and paintings created by provincial and teacher-level painters is, the more they will be compensated. Without money, it is too difficult to move forward, which is not conducive to the enthusiasm of cartoonists to create works with a sense of the times for the people in the new era.

We must rectify the media and restore the new era of fair, just and impartial work-based speech in the Mao era. If all the media are for profit, regardless of the content, quality and technique of their works, who will pay a high price and who will give their works, will not the media become the endorsement tool of the rich and powerful?

3. How to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture is our contemporary calligraphers and painters'duty and duty. I think the traditional culture must inherit and carry forward, but also innovate, to retain the tradition, but also to absorb foreign good performance techniques into the traditional Chinese painting. The traditional Chinese painting basically emphasizes the brush and ink, with line as the main color and flat painting. It is precisely because of the emphasis on lines, replacing the black-white-grey relationship with line thickness, (not to mention the tone of sketch). Chinese painting also emphasizes the "likeness and unlikeness", so the paintings lack the sense of reality and three-dimensional. Western painting techniques require perspective, proportion, tone and shape to be precise and accurate. Western painting has been entering China for nearly a hundred years. I think that some Western painting techniques should be injected into Chinese painting, so whether Chinese painting is more vivid and touching, I think Chinese painting must absorb foreign advanced performance techniques on the basis of tradition to realize Chinese painting.
