叶汉孟，男，汉族，1965年生于温州乐清。中共党员，大学文化，国家一级美术师。担任重庆问叶文化传媒有限公司执行董事。师从刘大为，孙磊，忽元培，张光等先生。作品多次参加全国及国际书画大展，先后被人民大会堂，中国美术馆和各地美术馆、博物馆等单位收藏。

《峨嵋山月》被人民大会堂收藏，《泰山雄姿图》获首届“华夏杯”全国书画大奖赛金奖。

国家一级美术师，重庆市美术家协会会员，重庆工艺美术行业协会会员，重庆同叶文化传媒有限公司董事长，乐清市汉孟书画院院长，济南大学客座教授，国家画院刘大为工作室特约画家。2004任四川省人大常委会法制工作委员会立法调研员，2009年任世界杰出去企业家协会执行副主席，2012年当选为四川省泸县第15届人大代表。2013年12月12日，担任重庆问叶文化传媒有限公司股东。

"Emei Mountain Moon" was collected by the Great Hall of the People, and "Taishan Majestic Picture" won the gold medal of the first "Huaxia Cup" National painting and Calligraphy Grand Prix.National first-class artist, member of Chongqing Artists Association, member of Chongqing Arts and Crafts Industry Association, chairman of Chongqing Tongye Culture Media Co., LTD., Dean of Yueqing Hanmeng Calligraphy and Painting Academy, visiting professor of Jinan University, special artist of Liu Dawei Studio of National Academy of Painting. In 2004, he was the legislative researcher of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, and in 2009, he was the executive vice chairman of the World Outstanding Entrepreneurs Association. In 2012, he was elected as a deputy to the 15th National People's Congress of Luxian County, Sichuan Province. On December 12, 2013, he became a shareholder of Chongqing Q Ye Culture Media Co., LTD.
