余成云,男,1947年2月出生于杭州市西天目山。从小学就喜欢美术,对画画有浓厚的兴趣。从读书到部队,从部队到地方,几十年如一日,从未放下手中之画笔。他一生勤奋好学,崇自然之山水,采草木之灵秀,得日月之精华,矢志钻研,不断进取。深造于南京美术学院,无锡工艺美术学院,最终完成南京东南大学学业。七十年代初,在南京军区被选拔到《人民前线报》担任美术记者,发表过多幅展于部队生活的美术作品,受到部队的嘉奖,还参加了全国第四届美展并获奖。八九十年代后,在全国的“兰亭杯”“光辉旗帜”“不朽丰碑”等大赛中获得金奖,另有不少书法,美术作品被多家博物馆收藏,并在书法美术报,杂志发表。
古人云:“痴书者,文必工,痴艺者,技必良”。余成云静心习艺,走进大自然,在大自然中吸取营养,获取灵感,他要求自己的每幅作品都有独特的艺术创意、独特的生命追求、独特的精神风骨、给人以美的享受。在他的不懈努力下书法、美术各有造诣,齐头并进。在美术上山水、花鸟、人物、写意、工笔、剪纸、木刻、瓷盘画各领风神。在书法上能写六种字体。余成云不断探索创新,尤其以雪景为题材的绘画众多,笔力挺劲,构图精巧,水墨留白之间气韵简淡,意境悠远,或自出机杼,独具风神。似有“人在画中行,画在景中游”。在平面中求立体,在普通中求非凡自成一派,被书画大家誉为“江南雪王”。
余成云是中华人民共和国国家一级美术师,又被文化部授予“美术大师”“中国国礼特供艺术家”称号,还被中国书法家协会评为“高级教师”,中国硬笔书法协会授予其“终身理事”,浙江农林大学娉为“中国书法荣誉导师”。
Yu Chengyun, male, was born in February 1947 in West Tianmu Mountain, Hangzhou city. I have loved art since primary school and have a strong interest in painting. From reading to the army, from the army to the place, for decades like a day, never put down the hands of the brush. All his life, he was diligent and studious, worshiping the natural mountains and rivers, picking the spirit of vegetation, getting the essence of the sun and the moon, determined to study, and constantly forge ahead. I studied in Nanjing Academy of Fine Arts, Wuxi Academy of Arts and Crafts, and finally completed the study of Nanjing Southeast University. In the early 1970s, he was selected to serve the People's Front Daily as an art reporter. He published many works of art exhibited in the army life, and was awarded by the army. He also participated in the fourth National Art Exhibition and won awards. After the 1980s and 1990s, he won the gold medal in the national "Lanting Cup", "glorious Banner", "immortal Monument" and other competitions. Many calligraphy and art works were collected by many museums and published in calligraphy art newspaper and magazines.
The ancients said: "crazy books, literature will work, crazy art, skill will be good". Yu Chengyun practices art quietly, walks into nature, absorbs nutrition and obtains inspiration from nature. He requires each of his works to have a unique artistic creativity, unique life pursuit, unique spirit, and gives people the enjoyment of beauty. Under his unremitting efforts, calligraphy and art have attainments, go hand in hand. In the art of landscape, flowers and birds, figures, freehand brushwork, fine brushwork, paper cutting, woodcut, porcelain plate painting each collar fengshen. You can write six fonts in calligraphy. Yu Chengyun keeps exploring and innovating, especially there are many paintings on the theme of snow scenery, with strong writing, exquisite composition, simple and light charm, the artistic conception is long, or from the loom, unique Fengshen. There seems to be "people in the painting line, painting in the middle of the scene". In the plane for three-dimensional, in the ordinary for extraordinary self-contained school, painting and calligraphy is known as the "jiangnan snow king".
Yu Chengyun is a national first-class artist of the People's Republic of China, and was awarded the title of "Art Master" and "Chinese national special artist" by the Ministry of Culture, and was also rated as "senior teacher" by the Chinese Calligraphers Association, China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association as its "lifelong director", and Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University as "honorary tutor of Chinese calligraphy".
