　马高骧 中国云南省石林县人，1939年生，笔名凌云， 著名书画艺术家、美术教育家、教授、国家级一级美术师。1960年毕业于四川美术学院。先后任四川美术学院和广州美术学院教授。中国美术家协会会员、中国传统艺术鉴定评估委员会艺术家学部理事委员、中国古陶瓷学会会员、中国工艺美术大师评审委员、广东省收藏家协会书画艺术委员会名誉顾问；跨世纪文化艺术研究院副院长；政协画院副院长；世界教科文卫专家组成员；1996获联合国教科文组织国际艺术家证﹔英国韦洛大学、瑞典康斯特菲克大学客座教授。2011受聘英格兰皇家艺术基金会学术委员会永久顾问。

Ma Gaoxiang, a native of Shilin Yi Autonomous County, Yunnan Province, China, was born in 1939 under the pen name Ling Yun. Graduated from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1960. He was a professor at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and then at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. He is a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the board of directors of the artists'department of the Chinese traditional art appraisal and evaluation committee, a member of the ancient Chinese ceramics society, a member of the applied arts, an honorary advisor of the calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of the Guangdong Collectors Association Vice President of the Institute of trans-century Culture and Art; Vice President of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Member of the World Expert Group on Education, science, culture and health; 1996 visiting professor of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, University of Wellow, UK, and University of Konstefik, Sweden. 2011 appointed permanent advisor to Royal Arts Foundation of England Academic Committee.
