道金平，1966年9月出生。毕业于西北师范大学美术系中国画专业，研修于中国艺术研究院郭怡孮花鸟艺术工作室及中国热带雨林艺术研究院，擅长书法、花鸟。曾任政协甘肃省庆阳市第二、三届委员会委员。
Konpei was born in September 1966. Northwest Normal University graduated from the Department of Fine Arts in Chinese painting, studied in the flower and Bird Art Studio in Chinese National Academy of Arts and China Tropical Rain Forest Art Institute, good at calligraphy, flowers and birds. He was a member of the 2nd and 3rd Committee of Qingyang City, Gansu Province.
现为：世界青年文明论坛书画创作委员会委员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、中国楹联学会会员、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长、中国企业文化促进会企业艺术家工作委员会副秘书长、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会理事、国家民族画院书画家、中国热带雨林艺术研究院画家，通过中国国家级联合型法人社团权威认证ISQ9000A艺术体系资质认证，荣获国画师资质。多年从事教育和非物质文化遗产保护与研究工作,参与编辑出版了《环县道情皮影志》《环县道情皮影》图文书等著作。其代表作品《沙漠之春》《绿水光中古木清》《汉殿凝香》等曾入编《中外文化交流艺术大使》《中华文化大使》《人民艺术家·中国梦》系列画册,由《中外文化交流杂志》社、《世界知识画报》社出版发行。

2016年参加在中国文联文艺家之家举办的“庆祝十九大·不忘初心跟党走——企业优秀书画作品展”。2018年5月，作品《黄沙百战穿山甲》及解析文章在《祖国》杂志发表；2018年11月、2019年9月连续两年作品《春雷惊雨润千山》《风雨硕果迎曙光》分别入展由中国文联美术艺术中心、中国文联书法艺术中心、中国书画家联谊会、中国楹联学会、中国工笔画学会联合举办的“庆祝改革开放40周年新文艺群体书画家作品展”和“我爱你，祖国——庆祝新中国成立70周年第二届新文艺群体书画家优秀作品展”。

2020年8月策划组织举办了宋仁伟、张文平油画精品展暨环县美术家协会首届油画创作培训班。2020年10月策划组织举办了"高原艳色"全国中青年花鸟画名家精品展走进老区环县活动，此次展出，为时一月有余，展出期间，环县教育局组织县城9所中小学师生近万人参观了展览，发挥了巨大的社会效益，受到了当地老区人民的喜爱和好评。2020年12月作品《风雨硕果迎曙光》被阿尔巴尼亚大使馆收藏，并被授予“中阿交流友好使者”。其作品意蕴不凡，有独特的艺术见解，为推动中外文化艺术交流做出了贡献，受到极高的赞誉和关注。
