陈雄飞，男，1948年5月生于湖北。1982年毕业于湖北师范大学。中共党员，中学高级教师。联合国和平书画院院士、清华大学书画艺术院名誉教授、中国艺术研究院文化市场研究中心特约研究员、中华书画学会副主席、中国翰林书画艺术院副院长、《中国收藏》杂志社、北京艺海丹青书画院副院长、北京当代《环球艺术人物》杂志社副院长、北京国韵书画研究院高级书画研究员、北京晶韵艺宝国际文化艺术交流中心理事会高级理事、中国当代艺术家协会书画委员会名誉主席、北京华夏夕阳红、九州枫林国际书画院院士、北京博盛四季书画院荣誉院长及高级书画师、《羲之书画报-当代艺苑》签约荣誉书画家及学术委员、江苏范仲淹文化研究会名誉主席及唐伯虎书画研究院副院长、南京市长江书协名誉主席。
酷爱书法六十年，临帖、感悟、研习、创作、创新。近二十年来参加国际国内书法大赛七十余次，获金奖及以上六十多次。其作品在国内十多个省市及港澳台巡展交流入编；其楷书、行草书作品（含自诗词）也到法国罗浮宫、澳大利亚、新家坡、加拿大、英国、韩国等十多个国家参展交流。还被人民日报人民网、中国书画频道、中国新闻网、阿里巴巴官网、亚马逊网等媒体重点推介。
在当代名家重点推介与出版工程中，出版有沈鹏、欧阳中石、刘大为、等书画泰斗写序的个人书画集四册。与中国书画名家们共版的有八本，其中有四本是以封面人物介绍。与李肈星、范曾、韩天衡共版的《诗书画印》、和世界多国艺术家共版的《世界当代艺术名家博览》、《世界当代艺术名家大典》由联合国及多国数十家博物馆（我国故宫博物院、历史博物馆）收藏。

He has been fond of calligraphy for 60 years. He has been practicing calligraphy, feeling, studying, creating and innovating. In the past 20 years, he has participated in more than 70 international and domestic calligraphy competitions and won more than 60 gold medals. His works have been exhibited and edited in more than ten provinces and cities in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. His regular script and running script works (including self poems) have also been exhibited and exchanged in more than ten countries, including France's Louvre, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Britain and South Korea. It has also been recommended by people's daily people's website, China painting and calligraphy channel, China news network, Alibaba official website, amazon.com and other media.
In the key promotion and publishing projects of contemporary celebrities, four volumes of personal paintings and calligraphy collections written by Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Liu Dawei, etc. have been published. There are eight books published with famous Chinese Calligraphers and painters, and four of them are about the characters on the cover. The book of poetry, calligraphy and painting printed with Li Touxing, fan Zeng and Han Tianheng, the world exhibition of contemporary artists and the grand ceremony of world contemporary artists, jointly published by artists from many countries in the world, are collected by dozens of museums (the National Palace Museum and the History Museum) of the United Nations and other countries.
