黄其歧1934年7月出生，原籍湖南长沙，男，汉族。1950年考入湖南人民革命大学，毕业分配工作。现为中国文联名誉顾问，中国书法家协会会员，广东省书法家协会会员，北京艺海神州书画院名誉院长，2018年1月，中国文联授予我“德艺双馨书法名家”荣誉称号，并授予“十大名家”水晶奖杯。2019年6月，中国书法家协会授予我“中国书法艺术楷模”荣誉称号。2020年6月中国国际文联特聘我为委员，7月29日，国家文化和旅游部授予我艺术奖“抗疫英雄”荣誉称号。8月19日，中国文联授予我“艺术界人民英雄功勋艺术家”国家荣誉称号。
多年来主修行草，兼涉篆隶，努力继承传统，博览历代名家墨宝与书论，潜心临摹历代名家行、草、篆、隶碑帖，寻究书理书技，细品各具特色的笔画、结体、篇章之技艺，默默感悟其中之美妙，从而博采众长，纳古人精妙之点滴化为已用，不断加深自身之功力，逐渐形成自己风格。
本人作品先后参加各地举办的全国性书画大展（赛）,累计获得金（一等）奖50余次、银（二等奖）20余次，并被入编《新中国书法家选集1949-2009》、《中华百年国粹大典》、《当代中华文化书画经典》等数十部专集出版发行，部分作品被选送到欧美等国及港澳台巡展。本人被入编《中国历代书法家志》和《中国当代书画艺术家辞典》名录，继本人出版《书法作品选集》之后，先后参加中国文联下属机关出版的《中国之梦》，参加中国文联、书协、美协共同推出的《世界艺术大师风采录》。
还参加《中国书画市场报》专刊《两岸三地 ● 三大名家》、《新丝绸之路上的艺术大师》、《第四届美中文化产业节书画艺术展专集》、《中华传统文化名家大典》、荣宝斋《中国书画文献集》等出版。还应邀题写国礼景德镇瓷瓶和中国名人名酒、名茶礼盒。近年来先后在《人民代表报》、《中国文化报》发表多幅作品。参加中国文联神州杂志邀请欧阳中石、范曾和我等供稿而编印的《大国风采》一书，于2018年10月出版，并邀我为本书题写书名。
为庆祝建国七十周年，应世界名人研究协会和中国文联之邀，铁凝、范迪安和我共同供稿，编辑出版《我们都是追梦人——走进诗书画》一书，并由习近平主席题写书名，已于2019年9月底出版发行。本人参加供稿的北京孔圣文化艺术交流中心编辑的《中国书画通识鉴赏（现代卷）》于12月出版向全球孔子学院系统发行。参加北京林都书画研究院编辑的《中国当代书画泰斗七大家》一书的供稿出版发行。2020年在新冠疫情进入常态化防控后，应有关文化部门和张海、靳尚宜先生之邀，共同供稿参加《众志成城.抗击疫情》联名书画宣传集出版，随后中国网络资讯台，也邀我在其网上发表抗疫题材作品十幅；中国书画促进会也邀我供稿参加了抗疫作品集出版。在中国航天事业50周年时，应中通社之邀，撰写散文在其网站专栏发表。
Huang Qiqi was born in July 1934, his native place is Changsha, Hunan province, male, Han Nationality. In 1950, he was admitted to Hunan People's Revolutionary University and assigned jobs after graduation. Currently, I am an honorary consultant of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLF), a member of China Calligrapher's Association, a member of Guangdong Calligrapher's Association, and an honorary President of Beijing Yihai Sunland Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In January 2018, CFLF awarded me the honorary title of "Famous Calligrapher of Deyi Shuangxin" and the Crystal Trophy of "Top ten Famous Calligrapher". In June 2019, the Chinese Calligrapher's Association awarded me the honorary title of "Model of Chinese Calligraphy art". I was specially appointed as a member of the China International Federation of Literature and Art in June 2020. On July 29, The Ministry of Culture and Tourism awarded me the honorary title of "Anti-epidemic Hero" of the Art Award. On August 19, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles awarded me the national honorary title of "Heroic And Meritorious Artist of the People of the Art World".
Majored in cursive for years, and wade of nationalities, to inherit the traditional, expo past dynasties calligraphy and ShuLun, with great concentration line copy past dynasties, grass, and nationalities, corpus books management, fine product of stroke, the nexus of contracts, distinctive skill of chapters, feeling of beauty, silently to eclecticism, ingenious, the ancients drip into has been used as the deepening of its own capability, gradually formed their own style.
I work has been the national painting and calligraphy exhibitions held around (sai), the cumulative gain gold award more than 50 times (first class), silver (second prize) more than 20 times, and was biography "new China calligrapher's collection of 1949-2009", "the quintessence of Chinese one hundred ceremony", "contemporary painting and calligraphy classic Chinese culture" and so on dozens of album published, part of the work was submitted to Europe and the United States and other countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan tour. I have been included in the catalogue of Chinese Calligraphers of past Dynasties and Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painting artists. After publishing the collection of Calligraphy works, I have participated in the Chinese Dream published by the subordinate organs of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the Collection of World Masters of Art jointly launched by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and The Artists Association.
He also participated in the publication of the special issue of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Market Newspaper, the three Masters of Taiwan, Taiwan and The three Places, masters of Art on the New Silk Road, the collection of calligraphy and Painting Art exhibition of the Fourth Us-China Cultural Industry Festival, the Grand Ceremony of Chinese Traditional Culture Masters, and The Collection of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Documents by Rong Baozhai, etc. Also invited to write the national jingdezhen porcelain bottles and Chinese celebrities wine, tea gift boxes. In recent years, he has published many of his works in People's Deputies' Daily and China Culture Daily. In October 2018, I was invited to write the title of the book "Great Power In Style", which was edited and edited by Ouyang Zhongshi, Fan Zeng and us for contributions by The Chinese Magazine Shenzhou.
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, at the invitation of the World Celebrity Research Association and the China Federation of Literary and Art, Tie Ning, Fan Dian and I have co-edited and published a book entitled We Are All Dreamers -- Into Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting, which was inscribed by President Xi Jinping and published at the end of September 2019. The general Appreciation of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy (Modern Volume) edited by The Confucius Institute culture and Art Exchange Center in Beijing was published in December and distributed to Confucius Institutes worldwide. Participated in the publishing and distribution of seven Masters of Contemporary Chinese Painting and calligraphy edited by Beijing Lindu Academy of Calligraphy and Painting. In 2020, after the coVID-19 has entered the normal control stage, at the invitation of relevant cultural departments and Mr. Zhang Hai and Mr. Jin Shangyi, I was invited to jointly contribute to the publication of the publicity book "Unite as one. Fight against coVID-19". The Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Association also invited me to contribute to the publication of the anti-epidemic works collection. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of China's space program, I was invited by CNS to write an essay and publish it in a column on its website.
