邓青林，笔名柳春羊(春羊)，土家族，1983年4月9日，生于湖北省恩施土家苗族自治州利川市建南镇。自幼出生在一个贫寒的农民家庭，在艰苦的环境下成长却又热衷于艺术的他，从小就在每天放学回家后，在干活闲时就把石板与沙滩当画纸，将树枝与小石块当画笔，写诗画画。走到哪里，画到哪里，这种熏陶从小培养了他对艺术的执着追求和无比的热爱。生在大山，童年时能够陪他最多的伙伴就是牛羊牲畜以及大自然的许多自然声音，日积月累从而让他口上也练就了人类与大自然和谐交流的文明语言，那就是飞禽走兽的许多种动物的声音，及自然界声音，天生他多重性格，从而文武兼修，对音乐表演与书画艺术及中华武术都富有极大的天赋与热爱，也更热衷于艺术创作。对作词、作曲深有心得并佳作频出。
