周成信，字筑光，艺名：筑光成信，祖籍安徽徽州人（现黄山市），国家一级美术师、国家高级书法师，当代实力派书画家。近期作品被“看中国人才强国”；“新版世界名人录第三卷”；“文以载道，旗帜先行”纪念孙中山诞生150周年；“全球华人大型书画大赛作品集”“中国当代书画家润格通讯录”等大型书画艺术专著收藏。香港国际拍卖有限公司签约书画家。书画代表作品有“乐寿”“奋斗”“早秋”“梅”“兰”“竹”“菊”踏歌古岸“查济古韵”“桃花潭水韵”等。

1939年，出生于书香门第。
1941年—1945年抗战时流亡重庆。幼时随父母（注：1）在重庆国事馆受到中国众多习字高手、书画大师何香凝、于右任、许世英、柏文蔚（注：2）等的艺术熏陶，从小酷爱书画。
1955年，在初中阶段即能上街绘制大型壁画和标语。
1982年8月8日，随刘海粟艺术大师九上黄山，目睹刘海粟大师的泼墨画《黄山五龙潭》《云海天都外》等的绘画技艺，收益匪浅。近年来作品既有新安画派的泼墨重彩又有黄山画派的水墨淡彩之风格，相得益彰，优势互补。
1991年，毕业于“中国书画国际大学”国画专业。
1996年，我国经济改革开放期间，自办“芜湖市生生广告公司”以工艺美术新材料为方特五家旅游园、奇瑞汽车公司、海螺集团、联华、欧尚、沃尔玛、商之都等商场及南京军区芜湖飞机场、苏宁、万达、金鹰、格力等著名企业绘制商业广告。

周成信是全国百位优秀人民书画家，书画作品极具收藏价值；是中国最具收藏价值的民间书画大师。
周成信少年师从李英、黄近玄老师，专研黄宾虹、潘天寿、萧云从等画派的技艺。
早年从事教育事业，历任中小学美术教师，后成为芜湖著名企业家。
