唐必林、字唐寅、号山里人、山雨、1950年生于浙江省丽水市联城镇、当代著名国画艺术家。从小酷爱美术、以山水画见长、1965年就读于浙江省美术学院国画系、历经多年潜心研究创作丽水瓯江之美景、外师造化、中得心源、独辟蹊径、别具匠心、作品写实而有张力、浑厚磅薄赋有诗情、呈现一幅幅诗一般的山水画卷，作品参加全国美术大奖赛多次获大奖，作品多次入编大型画册及入选中国邮政明信片、邮票等，被授予“当代国画名家”“终生书画艺术家”等荣誉称号，被评定为“国家一级美术师”。

Tang Bilin, Tang Yin, Haoshan Li Ren, Shanyu, born in 1950 in Liancheng, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, is a famous contemporary Chinese painting artist. He loved fine arts as a child, was good at landscape painting, and studied in the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in 1965. After years of intensive research and creation of the beautiful scenery of the Oujiang River in Lishui, he created by his teachers, acquired the source of his heart, pioneered a unique path, unique originality, realistic and tensile works, rich in poetic feelings, showing a poetic landscape painting scroll. His works were awarded the honorary titles of "contemporary Chinese painter" and "lifelong calligraphy and painting artist" and were rated as "national first-class artist".

2017年受邀参加第十七届中国世纪大采风年度总结表彰大会CCTV电视人物颁奖盛典并荣获“中国当代最具影响力书画名家”荣誉称号，同年应中国中央电视台邀请参加星光大道节目录制中担任嘉宾评委，2018年受邀参加第十八届中国世纪大采风年度总结表彰大会暨CCTV电视人物颁奖盛典获“中国当代十大书画风云人物”荣誉称号。

In 2017, he was invited to participate in the 17th Annual Summary and Recognition Congress of China's Century Gale and won the honorary title of "the most influential calligrapher and painter in contemporary China". In the same year, he was invited to participate in the program recording of Starlight Avenue as a guest judge by CCTV, and in 2018 he was invited to participate in the 18th Central Committee of China. The National Century Summary Conference and CCTV Television Character Award Ceremony won the honorary title of "Top Ten Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Characters".

唐必林出生在浙江丽水一个山清水秀的美丽山村，从小酷爱美术的他用手中的画笔，描绘记忆中家乡的秀丽山水。他是想把家乡美丽的山山水水记录下来，带到更远的地方给更多人看。在他看来，优秀的艺术作品，无疑就是好的灵感创意与绘画技巧的完美结合，多年潜心研究创作丽水瓯江之美景，外师造化、中得心源、独辟蹊径、别具匠心、作品写实而有张力，浑厚磅礴赋有诗情，呈现一幅幅诗一般的山水画卷。

He is now the director of the Academy of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, the researcher of Beijing Huaxia Poetry Union, the vice-director of Elvis Presley Art Research Association, the senior painter of Elvis Presley Art Museum, and the vice-president of Ou School of Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute.

Born in a beautiful village with beautiful scenery in Lishui, Zhejiang Province, Tang Bilin loved fine arts since he was a child. He painted the beautiful scenery of his hometown with his brush in his hand. He wanted to record the beautiful mountains and waters of his hometown and bring them farther to see more people. In his opinion, excellent works of art are undoubtedly the perfect combination of good inspiration and painting skills.
