柴兴春 字乾翔，号铁山子， 山东淄博人。毕业于中国书画函授大学，济南职工大学，结业于中国美术家协会培训中心花鸟画高研班，进修于中国人民大学艺术学院，中国人民大学画院，受教于齐辛民，汤立，上官超英，余昌宇等老师。现为中国画家协会理事，中国美术家协会培训中心特聘画师，中国人民大学画院画家，香港国际拍卖有限公司，沈阳艺海拍卖代理中心签约画家，录入国家一级美术师网，山东省美术家协会会员，中华诗词学会会员。
国画作品多次参加国家级展览，有的获奖和被收藏。入编《当代著名艺术家》，《中国收藏》，《国学艺术大辞典》等辞书。

2015年《洛阳东风》入选第八届全国当代著名花鸟画家作品展；
《金花延年》入选2015年山东省第19届美术新人新作展；《清风》入选第三届中国廉政文化书画展；
《竹林清幽伴晓风》入选幽燕丹青2015“赞华杯”京津冀美术精品展获优秀奖。
2016年《金风送爽》在由中国美术家协会举办的吉祥草原-丹青鹿城——2016年全国中国画作品展中获最高奖，为入会资格作品。
《春光》入选中国美术家协会举办的“丝绸之路-翰墨通渭”首届中国画油画作品展。
《金秋绚烂》入选中国美术家协会举办的2016“万年浦江”全国中国画花鸟画作品展。
《阳光》入选中国画学会举办的明德-和融——2016中国画作品展。
2017年《花好月圆》入选”文化中国-浙商画院杯2017中国画展”荣获优秀奖。
在北京保利大厦举办的”2017-当代书画名家邀请展”中，有15幅作品参展。
2018年，《初冬荷塘印象》入选由中国美术家协会举办的”江海门户通天下—全国中国画作品展”。
