中德贸易网促进“中国制造2025”与“德国工业4.0”

    At the beginning of the year, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang in the State Council Executive Meeting has emphasized on the win-win cooperation between "made in China 2025" and the "German Industry 4.0". Currently, 2016 national two meetings are held in Beijing. Prime Minister Li repeats again in the "government work report" to promote the “Made in China 2025” and “German Industry 4.0 combined with “Internet+”.

    Recently, “2016 SinoGerman Business & Investors Forum” organized by SinoGermanTrade.com held in Shanghai, matchmaking the cooperation between Chinese and German company leaders, actively promoting the process of “made in China 2025”. It was a forum with topics as “made in China 2025” versus “German Industry 4.0”, in the aspect of Industry 4.0 and it’s challenge for human being as well as Chinese-German M&A and relevant law issues.

    First of all, Dr. Xiao Weirong held a speech about “Automation Solutions for Smart Factory”, explained the inevitability, core issues and relevant solutions in the concept of German Industry 4.0.
 
    Dr. Marcus Hernig pointed out in his speech about “the human factor at the heart - challenges of intercultural cooperation in the era of industry 4.0” that except technical matters human being should also be regarded as an important factor in the Chinese-German cooperation.
 
    Finally, Dr. Johnson Li has made a speech about "legal practice of cross-boarder M&A", he explained  the legal operation and procedures concerning cross-border mergers and acquisitions with case studies.
