雷玺萱，别名青弋，本名艳丽，号烨，国家一级美术师，国家级高级工艺美术师，中国当代自由艺术家，古特雷派名家创始人，弘陶书院荣誉院长，入编世界最具影响力艺术家大辞典(1923-2023)等。师从清华美院博士生导师张夫也，国际书法家协会副主席王岳川等名师。第四届中华榜样论坛爱心艺术家，第五届国际文化产业十佳国际金奖书画家，北京盛基艺术学校公益大使，尼泊尔赈灾公益爱心人士，加拿大国际红十字会赈灾公益爱心人士，世界共好汇公益大使等。曾任梧桐书画院名誉主席，中国紫光阁艺术家协会常务理事，先锋教育总部特聘资深教授，颜真卿诗书画院常务理事，新远方艺术学校分校长。
曾被中国美术学院中国画高研班录取，但放弃研学，其书画作品不拘一格，深受官方友人、企业家，外国友人，海外华人喜爱和收藏。
2015年1月，参加北京责任天下公益春晚，捐赠书法作品《众善染世》。
2015年10月，北京壹加陆拍卖会，拍卖画作《湖山垂趣》、《幽境》。
2016年7月，参加大说文化创新论坛暨《蔚蓝国度》创新成果发布会，捐赠书法作品《如画景瑞》。
2016年9月，参加刘青霞故居纪念馆全国名家书画展，参展画《雨》、《莺》。
2017年5月，参加首届中国品牌日大会，捐赠画《云鱼》。
2018年，参加北京首届榜样春晚，捐赠书法作品《不忘初心》。
2020年，北京世纪来美术馆举办“万众一心、抗击疫情、天佑中华”书画作品义捐活动，捐赠书法作品《日月同天》。
2021年5月，“心有春天，天清气朗”首届中国春天艺术节，参展画《春》、诗歌《春到》。
2024年1月，世界非遗传承人大会暨外交官非遗盛典，展出、出售画作《无界》、《大地之影》，并被授予《外交艺术使者》荣誉称号。
Lei Xixuan, alias Qingyi, real name Yanli, No Ye, national first-class artist, national senior arts and Crafts artist, Chinese contemporary free artist, founder of Gutrey School, honorary President of Hongtao Academy, was included in the Dictionary of the world's most influential artists (1923-2023). Under the guidance of Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts doctoral supervisor Zhang Fuye, International Calligraphers Association vice president Wang Yuechuan and other famous teachers. The 4th China Model Forum Charity Artist, the 5th International Cultural Industry Top Ten International Gold Award for Calligrapher and painter, Beijing Shengji Art School charity Ambassador, Nepal disaster relief charity philanthropists, Canadian International Red Cross disaster relief charity philanthropists, World Goodwill Ambassador and so on. He was honorary chairman of Wutong Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Executive director of China Ziguangge Artists Association, special senior professor of Pioneer Education Headquarters, Executive director of Yan Zhenqing Poetry and Calligraphy Painting Academy, and principal of New Afar Art School.
He was admitted to the advanced research class of Chinese painting at the China Academy of Art, but gave up the study. His calligraphy and painting works are eclectic and deeply loved and collected by official friends, entrepreneurs, foreign friends and overseas Chinese.
In January 2015, he participated in the Beijing Responsible World charity Spring Festival Gala and donated his calligraphy work "All Good People Dye the World".
In October 2015, Beijing Yigalu auction, auctioned paintings "Lake and Mountain Droop", "Secluded".
In July 2016, he participated in the Dawei Cultural Innovation Forum and the "Blue Country" innovation results conference, and donated his calligraphy work "Picturesque Jingrui".
In September 2016, participated in the national calligraphy and painting exhibition of Liu Qingxia's former Residence Memorial Hall, and participated in the paintings "Rain" and "Nightingale".
In May 2017, participated in the first China Brand Day conference and donated the painting "Cloud Fish".
In 2018, he participated in the first Beijing Model Spring Festival Gala and donated his calligraphy work "Never Forget the Original Heart".
In 2020, Beijing Century Art Museum held the "Unity, Fight against the epidemic, God Bless China" calligraphy and painting donation activity, donating the calligraphy work "Sun and Moon One Day".
In May 2021, "The heart has spring, the sky is clear and the air is long" the first China Spring Art Festival, exhibiting the painting "Spring" and the poem "Spring to".
In January 2024, the World Conference of Non-Genetic Inheritors and the Intangible Heritage Ceremony of Diplomats exhibited and sold the paintings "Boundless" and "Shadow of the Earth", and was awarded the honorary title of "Diplomatic Art Envoy".
