杨艺庆，1958年12月生于江苏省盐城市，主攻油画，兼攻国画，实力派油画家。现为中国工艺美术协会会员，中国东方文化研究会研究员，中国舞台美术学会会员，江苏省美术家协会会员，盐城市大丰区美术家协会副主席。1989年—1991年就读于中央美术学院油画研修班，凭着对绘画艺术的执着，创造出独特的画工风格，在艺术技巧上达到了 “画随我用，艺为人生”的境界。2023年1月参加由北京工艺美术出版社出版的《中国高等美术院校名师教学范本·杨艺庆油画作品选》，2023年3月《冬日晨曦》《画红高粱的女画家》等作品参加由俄罗斯莫斯科国立奥斯特洛夫斯基博物馆、俄罗斯莫斯科州国立大学联合策展的“虹·当代中国艺术展”，2023年6月《山村里的小白鸽》作品参加由美国洛杉矶政府、韩国驻洛杉矶总领事馆、尼泊尔驻洛杉矶总领事馆、马来西亚旅游局驻洛杉矶办事处、印度驻洛杉矶总领事馆联合主办的“大美中国·第八届中美书画名家作品展”，2023年7月《刀笔人生》作品参加由联合国教科文组织协会世界联合会和法中交流促进会联合主办的“2023国际艺术联创联展”在法国卢浮宫卡鲁赛尔厅展出。作品入编《中国美术家图库》《中国舞台美术家》等，其作品多次参加国内外各大展览并获奖，多幅作品被多家博物馆以及海内外人士收藏。
