张福铭,笔名鲁剑,沂蒙山人。1950年出生于山东省莒南县西田庄,1968年参军,历任排、连、营、团等职。1982年毕业于石家庄军事教育学院,并留校任校刊杂志社美术编辑、摄影记者,1994年转业到地方工作。曾就读中国书协、中国美协高研班,广州美术学院国画系周彦生导师花鸟画高研班,首都师范大学中国书法文化研究院硕士研究生课程班,中国美协第十六期花鸟画高研班,中国书协李双阳导师高研班,天津美术学院贾宝珉导师花鸟画创作班,中国国家画院詹庚西导师花鸟画高研班,清华美术学院郭石夫导师花鸟画高研班、王阔海导师新汉画高研班、王奇寅导师新水墨花鸟画高研班、李振东导师冰雪画高研班。多年来,有幸得到恩师欧阳中石先生的亲切教诲和著名书画家赵久长、周彦生、方楚雄、贾宝珉、霍春阳、王培东、刘守安、李双阳、詹庚西、郭石夫、王阔海、王奇寅、李振东等导师的精心指导。
Zhang fuming, pseudonym Lu Jian, from Yimeng mountain. Born in xitianzhuang, Junan County, Shandong Province in 1950, he joined the army in 1968 and successively served as platoon, company, battalion and regiment. He graduated from Shijiazhuang Institute of military education in 1982 and stayed in the school as an art editor and photographer of the school magazine. In 1994, he transferred to local work. He has attended the senior research class of China Calligraphy Association and China Artists Association, the senior research class of flower and bird painting supervised by Zhou Yansheng of the Department of traditional Chinese painting of Guangzhou Academy of fine arts, the master's course class of the Institute of Chinese calligraphy culture of Capital Normal University, the 16th senior research class of flower and bird painting of China Artists Association, the senior research class of Li Shuangyang of China Calligraphy Association, and the creation class of flower and bird painting supervised by Jia Baomin of Tianjin Academy of fine arts, Zhan Gengxi's senior research class on flower and bird painting of the National Academy of painting of China, Guo Shifu's senior research class on flower and bird painting of Tsinghua Academy of fine arts, Wang kuohai's senior research class on new Han painting, Wang Qiyin's senior research class on new ink flower and bird painting, and Li Zhendong's senior research class on ice and snow painting. Over the years, I have been fortunate to receive the kind instruction of my mentor Ouyang Zhongshi and the careful guidance of famous calligraphers and painters Zhao Jiuchang, Zhou Yansheng, Fang Chuxiong, Jia Baomin, Huo Chunyang, Wang Peidong, Liu Shouan, Li Shuangyang, Zhan Gengxi, Guo Shifu, Wang kuohai, Wang Qiyin, Li Zhendong and other mentors.
先后在50多家报刊发表书画作品1300余幅;10幅书法作品被翰园碑林、黄河碑林、尚志碑林刻字制碑;出版《军旅画家十人作品集》、《大美中国》个人专辑、《张福铭画集》、《鲁剑书画集》、《张福铭书画集》、《张福铭扇面作品台历》等8册书画集;其传略、作品入选60余部辞书;广东省电视台拍摄了“四栖艺术家”专辑和《逐梦》栏目组拍摄了“翰墨铸情写心声”专辑;山东省莒南县广播电视台摄制的《天南地北莒南人》专辑。
