万长发,1945年出生,贵州江口人,系国家一级书法师,中国书法家协会理事,中华书画学会副主席,中国名人艺术协会副主席,中国文学艺术界联合会(世界名人艺术研究协会)名誉主席,中国书画家协会名誉主席,中国艺术家收藏协会名誉副会长,中国书画家协会副主席。中国艺术家收藏协会名誉副会长近几年在国内外书画大展赛中获金奖100多次。
