邵长荣(千岛山人) 1936年生，浙江淳安人，浙江省美协会员、一级美术师、中国美协培训中心高研班特聘画师、中国国画家协会培训中心教授、香港国际画院山水画艺委会副主席、浙江六和书画院新安分院院长。千岛书画院首任院长。多年来写生创作形成独特的浙西山水风格，故称新安画派传人。
