张亚辉，字峻珲.人称墨神1985年毕业于黑龙江商学院，中共党员。现为北京瀚瑞轩书画院院长，第九届中国美协副主席，国际名媛书画院院长，中国文化艺术交流协会副主席，中华诗词学会理事，欧洲中国书画院院长，爱溢舍文化艺术传播公司，艺术研究院院长创始人。英国皇家艺术学院“客座教授”，英国牛津艺术学院教授，博士生导师。获世界金奖.国家一级美术师.非遗传承人。 

2008年为第二十九界奥林匹克组委会，创作完成《神州圣火传递图》《神州圣火传递颂》纪念邮票。2014年在德国纽伦堡获世界发明创新展(日出)获一枚金奖。2015年在日内瓦获世界发明创新展(雄鹰翱翔)获一枚金奖。
