张宗彪:1941年生于陕西永寿。毕业于西北大学,供职于咸阳师范学院(退休)。书法教授、国家一级书法家、外交部授权的《中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术家》、文化旅游部颁发的《国家一级艺术大师》并授予《2020年艺术巅峰人物》中国文化和旅游部“反对浪费,崇尚节约”光盘行动中荣任宣传大使、中共中央党史研完室授予《建党百年 功勋艺术家》荣誉称号、中国管理科学研究院颁发《高级书法指导师》专业人才职业技能证书等。

张宗彪不仅是一位著名书法家,又是一位书画社会活动家。由他亲策划组织在咸阳举办了六届《西部情》全国书画名家邀请展览交流研讨采风活动。他本人自2004年4月22日第一次晋京在《中华世纪坛》举办个人书法展直到2019年国庆七十周年前,先后8次在北京《国家画院国展中心》等展览館举办了个人书法展和主题书法展。

张宗彪又是一位笔墨当随时代为时代而挥毫,为党的重大活动而挥!同时又千山极参加社会公益活动。如抗洪救灾、汶川地震、玉树地震、为贫困地区老党员筹集经费的书法拍卖损赠,为贫困大学生的书法拍卖捐赠及抗疫拍卖捐赠等等。
