刘玮，字玉石，笔名雁门北鸿。男，汉族，1946年出生，原籍山西代县，曾任中学美术教员，专修于河北师大美术系，曾是核工部二O二厂专职美术干部，从事书画专业40余年。社会兼职中国美术家协会普通会员，中国书法家协会普通会员，内蒙美协会员，包头美协会员，国际华商政治文化高级参议等。国家一级美术师，中国诗书画研究会研究员，中国书画名家研究会名誉主席、国家高级书法师，艺坛泰斗，太书宗師。

在新的历史时期,文化艺术工作者,必须持有实现《中国梦》慱学大爱之魂魄精神宏图大志,否则,无能于肩负时代职责。艺术不是抄写,原地踏步不行,陈诗老调不行,唱高调不行,搬来搬去不行,离题没有生活气习不靠谱不行,与时俱进,开创文化事业的新局面,具足时代闪亮点。只有这样我们伍仟年灿烂文化,才枝新叶茂,我们文化事业才能呈现繁荣景象。否则我们不配做文化事业起航者。我多年职守思想性,艺术性统一艺术作品,我以几首诗词书法代表作《玉带桥记》创作一九九一年,《中国魂》,书法论道、《搏爱》人类热爱自己家园——地球,创导世界和平理念。《梦的联想》等诗词书法近几百首。几渡玉带不覚多,满目清新点碧螺,世人只赏端雅丽,何识洁身配朝罗。我以见景抒情,即赞颂历史文化的端庄,秀丽,高雅,一笔点,世世代代,中华优秀儿女,为朝执政,兼洁为品,是我龙颜道脉之根谛。《覌紫京城记》巍峨壮覌紫京城,千龙喷水三和宫,阅尽王朝谁立传,唯见艺海今览胜。
