路洪祥,男,字鲁棋,汉族,生于1954年正月,中国国学研究会国学家，中国当代艺术协会副主席。中国榜书艺术协会理事。香港中华画家协会副会长,北京华夏风情书画院副院长。山东省通俗文艺研究会孝道文化委员会副会长兼秘书长。自幼是家庭熏陶，书法以行草见长,凝重圆润，行笔自然流畅。法度谨严，别具意趣。 篆书直追秦汉刻石之体势，力求进步。其书法作品多次获得国际国内金奖，银奖。在庆祝中华人民共和国成立55周年书画大赛中获特别金奖并参加颁奖仪式活动。被文化部授予“盛世中华杯”金奖获得者。第28届国际书画大展《世界遗产杯》金奖。2005年10月6日中国书通艺术代表团,前去日本，新加坡、马来西亚等国大型书法展并与各国领导人合影留念。为祖国先进文化事业做出新的贡献。现聘任中国外交部《世界知识》画报书法家。全国中小学《书法美术》教科书副编辑。中国新华社、证券报刊、书法家，中文联名誉副主席职务。

Lu Hongxiang, Male, Zi Luqi, Han nationality, was born in January 1954. He is a sinologist of the China Sinology Research Association and Vice Chairman of the China Contemporary Art Association. Director of China Book Art Association. Vice-president of Hong Kong Chinese Painters Association, vice-president of Beijing Chinese painting and Calligraphy Academy. Vice-chairman and secretary-general of filial piety Culture Committee of Shandong Popular Literature and Art Research Association.
