张景效，男，满族，中共党员，1938年2月7日生于北京（现83岁高龄），山东龙口人。1958年毕业于新疆工学院【原中苏矿山工业技术专科学校】同年分配到新疆克拉玛依油田工作。先后任实习员，助理技术员，党委宣传干事，工会干事，劳资定额员，试油领班，统计员，计划员，经济办公室主任，计划科副科长，计划科长，副总经济师，总经济师，新疆石油劳动服务总公司副总经理，华油【新疆】企业集团副总经理等职。
Zhang Jingxiao, male, Manchu, member of the Communist Party of China, born in Longkou, Shandong Province, Beijing on February 7, 1938 (now 83 years old). In 1958, he graduated from Xinjiang Institute of technology [former Sino Soviet Mine Industrial Technology College] and was assigned to work in Xinjiang Karamay Oilfield in the same year. He has successively served as intern, assistant technician, propaganda director of the Party committee, labor union director, labor quota officer, oil testing foreman, statistician, planner, director of the economic office, deputy section chief, planning section chief, deputy chief economist, chief economist, deputy general manager of Xinjiang Petroleum labor service General Company, deputy general manager of Huayou [Xinjiang] enterprise group, etc.
书法是先生的业余爱好。自幼受母亲关云青的影响，喜欢写字。但是没有系统的学习书法知识，没有名师指点，仅仅是爱好而已。退休前是克拉玛依市书法家协会会员，新疆自治区书法家协会会员，中国石油书法家协会会员。退休后定居北京怀柔，现在是怀柔区书法家协会会员，中国中老年书画学会会员，北京及中国老年书画研究会会员，中国楹联书法艺术委员会会员。同时还被多个知名度很高的书画院聘为院士、书法师。
Calligraphy is my hobby. Influenced by his mother Guan Yunqing, he likes to write. But there is no systematic study of calligraphy knowledge, no famous teacher's advice, just a hobby. Before retirement, he was a member of Karamay Calligrapher Association, Xinjiang Calligrapher Association, and PetroChina Calligrapher Association. After retirement, he settled down in Huairou, Beijing. Now he is a member of Huairou Calligrapher's Association, China middle-aged and old people's painting and Calligraphy Association, Beijing and China old people's painting and Calligraphy Research Association, and China couplet Calligraphy Art Committee. At the same time, he was employed as academician and calligrapher by many well-known painting and calligraphy academies.
书法作品多次参加不同层次的书法展(克拉玛依市，怀柔区，北京市农林系统，老年系统，中国石油系统，文化部和省、市书协各大书画院组织的全国性书法展)并且获得不同奖项，从鼓励奖到一等奖、金奖等。并获得“实力派书法家”、“百佳书法家”、“文明使者”和“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。多幅书法作品还被编入《中国儒商墨韵》等数十部书法作品集，个人出版了《戈壁墨痕》书法习作集。
退休后曾就读于中国书画函授大学书法专业，并获得毕业证书(非学历)，和优秀学员称号。2003年通过了ISQ9000A艺术类【书法】资质认证，由廖静文先生签发了资质证书，并授于“中国优秀书法家”称号。个人书法作品及在基层社区书法教学工作，在怀柔报、京郊日报、北京老干部等报刊杂志，和怀柔电视台多次介绍与报道。
Calligraphy works have participated in many calligraphy exhibitions at different levels (Karamay City, Huairou District, Beijing agriculture and forestry system, elderly system, China petroleum system, Ministry of culture, provincial and municipal calligraphy and painting associations organized by the national calligraphy exhibition) and won different awards, from the encouragement award to the first prize, gold award, etc. And won the honorary titles of "powerful calligrapher", "top 100 calligrapher", "messenger of civilization" and "people's artist". A number of calligraphy works have also been included in dozens of calligraphy works such as "ink rhyme of Chinese Confucian Merchants", and I have personally published "ink mark of Gobi" calligraphy practice collection.
After retirement, he studied calligraphy in the correspondence university of Chinese calligraphy and painting, and obtained the graduation certificate (non degree), and the title of excellent student. In 2003, he passed the isq9000a art [calligraphy] qualification certificate, which was issued by Mr. Liao Jingwen and awarded the title of "China's excellent calligrapher". Personal calligraphy works and calligraphy teaching work in grassroots communities were introduced and reported in newspapers and magazines such as Huairou daily, Beijing suburb daily, Beijing veteran cadres and Huairou TV station for many times.
