李超英,男,回族,1958年10月出生,1977年元月至1978年10月下乡知青;1978年11月至1981年11月在部队服役,历任文化教员,军械员,文书等职;1981年11月退伍,在安徽省阜南县中岗中学任办公室主任至2018年10月退休。
Li Chaoying, male, Hui nationality, was born in October 1958. He went to the countryside from January 1977 to October 1978. He served in the army from November 1978 to November 1981. He served as a cultural teacher, an Ordnance Officer and a clerk. He retired from the army in November 1981 and served as the director of the office of Zhonggang Middle School in Funan County, Anhui Province, until October 2018.

李超英依据北宋画家张择端《清明上河图》的内容,经过一年多的构思、选材、历时十四个月的精心制作,完成了铜丝漆画《清明上河图》巨幅作品。该作品依据清明上河图按3倍正比例放大,分作二十四个单幅,每幅60×120公分,整幅作品14.4米长,1.2米高。
Based on the content of the Northern Song Dynasty painter Zhang Choduan's Upper River Picture in Qingming Dynasty, Li Chaoying completed a huge painting of copper wire lacquer painting Upper River Picture in Qingming Dynasty after more than one year's conceiving, material selection and 14 months'elaborate production. According to the map of Shanghe River in Qingming Dynasty, it is enlarged three times in proportion and divided into 24 single pieces, each of which is 60 x 120 cm. The whole work is 14.4 meters long and 1.2 meters high.
