任玉岭,著名经济学家、书法家,国家教育咨询委员会委员,原国务院参事,第九、第十届全国政协常委,中华海峡两岸书画艺术家协会主席。

Ren Yuling is a famous economist, calligrapher, member of the National Education Advisory Committee, former counselor of the State Council, Standing Committee of the Ninth and Tenth CPPCC National Committee and Chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.

在书法艺术方面,任玉岭自幼受其父亲擅长书画的影响,对翰墨、书法产生了深厚的感情。在小学念书期间就天天以习字为主,大楷、小楷为必修课,练就了写书法的基本功。后来在全国政协担任常委和出任国务院参事后,经常与一些书画大师接触,受其影响,开始创作。他的书法一问世就非同凡响,几十个大型展览会,数十家报刊都吸纳和发表过他的著作,并有三十多个书法专集刊载了他的作品。

2008年,由人民美术出版社出版的《当代艺术名家》共推出包括欧阳中石、沈鹏、吴冠中、范曾在内的十位大家,任玉岭位居其中。近年出版书法专著有《任玉岭草书——诸葛亮前出师表》、《任玉岭狂草——怀素自叙帖》;中国文联出版社出版的《中国书画领军人物》和《中国艺术传承人物》任玉岭均排首位。他被吸收为中国书画家协会常务理事、中国书法家协会会员、中国书法家协会一级培训师,并被推选为中华海峡两岸书画艺术家协会主席。被14所大学聘为教授,被54种杂志聘为主编或编委。

He was hired as a professor by 14 universities and editor-in-chief or editor-in-chief by 54 magazines。

书法、绘画作为中华文化的载体同文学、戏曲、电影、音乐一样,都是中华民族文化艺术的重要组成。它不仅是人民群众的精神家园、精神食粮,也是延续国家和民族的血脉和向世界展示中华文化的重要内容。

为了使博大精深的中国书画艺术薪火相传、代代相守,并能够与时俱进、推陈出新,把跨越时空、超越国界、富有永恒魅力、具有当代价值的文化精神弘扬光大,就必须从实际出发,强化书画艺术发展中的问题意识,针对问题的存在,做好以下三方面的工作。

In order to spread the broad and profound Chinese painting and calligraphy art from generation to generation, keep pace with the times, weed out the old and bring forth the new, and carry forward the cultural spirit of spanning time and space, transcending national boundaries, full of eternal charm and contemporary value, we must proceed from reality, strengthen the consciousness of problems in the development of painting and calligraphy art, and aim at problems. (一)去疴治乱、反腐倡廉,为中国书画艺术的发展搞好铺垫。

由于贪腐严重,老虎嚣张,也造成了书画管理方面的腐败滋生,苍蝇乱撞。如同社会上流行的买官卖官一样,书画管理方面也把发展会员、发展理事等当作了生财之道。正像书画大师,清华大学教授吴冠中在全国政协疾呼要解散相关协会一样,广大百姓也对书画行业的管理怨声载道。我一次在云南腾冲和吴冠中老师聊天时,他讲到我们某些书画方面的协会把发展会员的权利当成了摇钱树。有关书画协会因为手中握有发展会员、理事、常务理事的权利,捧有书画界的桂冠,于是就出现了寻租和权钱交易。有钱能使鬼推磨,只要给钱,不会书法也能当会员,一张申请书也能换几十万。在出版界也同样问题严重,有了钱,就可以变成“一代宗师”、“书画大家”。没有钱,再优秀的作品也不会给你刊登,从而在书画界出现了很多“李鬼”,而真正的“李逵”被埋没在十几丈深渊。

Because the association holds the rights of developing members, directors and executive directors, and holds the laurel of painting and calligraphy circles, there has been rent-seeking and money trading. Money can make the devil grind. If you give money, you can become a member without calligraphy. An application can also be exchanged for hundreds of thousands. There are also serious problems in the publishing industry. With money, we can become "a generation of masters" and "masters of painting and calligraphy". Without money, excellent works will not be published to you, so there are many "Li Gui" in the field of calligraphy and painting, and the real "Li Kui" is buried in the abyss of more than a dozen feet.

党的十八大以来,反腐行动在军界和政界抓铁有痕、踏石留印,揪出了一批货真价实的“老虎”和“苍蝇”。而书画界在用权方面的不光明,不正大,不坦荡,不堂正的问题,并没有得到真正的清理,一些腐败分子仍然逍遥法外。这样的黑洞不填上,这方面的问题不解决,这个行业的潜规则就不会被打破,就会养痈遗患,危机书画界正常发展。因此,要保证书画界健康发展,就要整治行业乱象,惩治管理腐败。

(二)要遴选、造就一批强有力的文艺评论家,真正弘扬书画的正能量。

从文化大革命到今天的五十年,我们的文艺评论成了一个严重的短板。在曾经的不良导向和金钱至上影响下,一是文艺评论大大被削弱,二是文艺评论严重被扭曲。

要推动书画艺术的创作与发展,就必须有文艺评论的监督和站岗。没有文艺评论就如同城市里没有警察,就会出现车辆的横冲直撞,就会有坏人当道。没有文艺评论就会出现书画创作的丑美不分,真假难辨。更有甚者,一些自称的评论家,由于缺乏应有的教育和考核,他们缺乏应有的职业道德和个人道德,常常是以“关系”为准则,以功利为目标,可以根据被评论者的要求,把黑的说成白的,把假的说成真的,把丑的说成美的,对书画的正常发展所起作用是破坏性的。

Without literary and artistic criticism, the ugliness and beauty of painting and calligraphy creation are indistinguishable. What's more, some self-proclaimed critics, due to lack of proper education and assessment, lack proper professional ethics and personal ethics. They often take "relationship" as the criterion and take utilitarianism as the goal. According to the requirements of the critics, they can say black as white, false as true, ugly as beautiful. It is destructive to the normal development of painting and calligraphy.

为了使书画艺术能够在正确的轨道上健康成长,搞好鞭打丑恶,扶植美好,我们必须重视书画评论家的遴选和培养,要下功夫造就一批有较高艺术造诣,有较强革命责任心,能坚持正义,天下为公,职业道德,个人道德都高尚的书画艺术评论家。要像聘任大法官一样,授予头衔,给予待遇,专职书画艺术的评论与批评,以推动书画艺术迈向健康发展新殿堂。

(三)学习和用好辩证法搞好书画的传承和创新。

世上一切事物都是一分为二,对立统一的,都是在矛盾作为动力的推动下前进的。对于书画创造,要想有新的水平提升,就需要广大书画创作者学好用好辩证法。在宏观上要解决好传承与创新,厚古薄今与厚今薄古的关系问题。

我们艺术队伍中的有些人,在书画创作中,不继承,就创新,标新立异,追求怪异,丑态百出,使创作成了无源之水、无本之木。也有一些人一讲弘扬传统就跳进了顶礼膜拜、复古非今的泥潭,走向另一个极端。所有这些都不符合辩论法,都不利于书画艺术的发展。为此,我们一定要学好用好辩证法,在艺术的继承与创新中,既不要厚古薄今,也不厚今薄古。要对传统的书画艺术做深入的由表及里的分析,去其糟粕,取其精华,既要认真学习,挖掘传统书画的优秀特征和精神,又要结合时代特征和人民对美好生活的需求依照先继承后创新的思维,搞好主观与客观的互动。

(3) Learning and using dialectics well to inherit and innovate calligraphy and painting.

Some of us in the art team, in the creation of calligraphy and painting, do not inherit, innovate, innovate, pursue strange, ugly, so that the creation has become a water of no origin, wood of no origin. Some people jump into the mire of worship and rejuvenation and go to the other extreme as soon as they talk about carrying forward the tradition. All these do not conform to the law of debate and are not conducive to the development of painting and calligraphy. To this end, we must learn to use dialectics well. In the inheritance and innovation of art, we should neither enrich the past or the present nor enrich the present or the past. In order to make a thorough analysis of the traditional painting and calligraphy art from the surface to the inside, remove its dregs and extract its essence, we should not only conscientiously study and excavate the excellent characteristics and spirit of traditional painting and calligraphy, but also combine the characteristics of the times and the people's needs for a better life in accordance with the thinking of succession and innovation, and do a good job of subjective and objective interaction.

同样在微观上,也需要用辩证法处理好书画创作中的黑与白、虚与实,粗与细,浓与淡,枯与润,方与圆,曲与正,刚与柔,疏与密的用笔关系,促进这些一属阳,二属阴的两方面的互动与和谐,做到兼容并蓄,仿创结合,在继承的基础上,有创新,有突破,从而做到弘扬和支持真善美,祛除与战胜假丑恶。
