今年受台风“杜苏芮”影响，张家口市涿鹿县出现极端降雨过程，引发洪涝和地质灾害, 连日暴雨导致涿鹿县多个村镇遭遇山洪，道路被毁，部分村庄一度与外界失联。涿鹿县的灾情牵动所有人的心，8月29日，昝圣旭教授来到遭受暴雨洪灾严重的张家口市涿鹿县河东镇岔河村，实地察看了灾情，并捐赠物资总计12000元整。

Repeated rainstorm led to mountain torrents in many villages and towns in Zhuolu County, roads were destroyed, and some villages lost contact with the outside world. On August 29, Professor Zan Shengxu came to Chahe Village, Hedong Town, Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou City, where rainstorm and flood were serious.
